CENTRAL HEATING / HOT WATER costs are included in the charges of the building,
therefore the additional cost of electricity is very soft/reasonable.
Telecommunications are also an additional cost. A high speed connection to Internet should be available around end of Sept 2013 for an additional monthly cost of about 40 euros for the flat rate service.
In any case, an additional reasonable relocation fee is applicable.
Refundable safety and key deposit as usual in France.
The studio is available, preferably for a long-term rental, but short stays are possible too.
